  4. What if I don’t like the taste of the Isagenix shakes?
It can take a few days for to adapt to the taste depending on the acidic level of your body when you begin the program. Usually by day 4 and 7 the shakes taste different and you start craving them daily! We like to make them in a blender with ice, water, and a half of a frozen banana (the banana adds a consistency that we like). You can also add extract flavors (i.e. vanilla or almond), fruit, nuts, chai tea, and/or powdered peanut butter. There are many options to add flavor and make it taste just right for you!

  9. Should I use Isagenix even if I don’t need to lose weight?
Yes! Our bodies are toxic whether we need to lose weight or not so cleanse days are still very important. If you do not need to lose weight the cleanse days should remain the same. However, you can modify the shake days by adding more healthy, nutrient-dense snacks in between shakes. You can also add calories to the shakes with frozen fruit, natural nut butters, etc. A generous amount of low-glycemic carbohydrates like brown rice, baked sweet potatoes, or whole-grain pasta can be added to your meals.
